 No cancellations, refunds or exchanges are accepted, with the exception of faulty items received.

FAQS

How long does shipping/delivery take?

From the date of your Order, allow 5 - 15 working days for your order to be packed, processed and delivered (Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and bank holidays). Unless the item is from a pre-order, which will have a set shipping date communicated in advance.

Once processed & dispatched, please allow 48hrs for UK delivery. International shipping can take 1 week, possibly longer during busy periods.

Where is my order confirmation?

Please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes our emails get sent in there by accident. If you have an order reference number i.e #01234, then the order has gone through. If not, and if you put your SMS details down only you will have an order confirmation via text. If you don't have an email confirmation or a text confirmation at all, then your order hasn't gone through on our system. The pending/doubled payment will be released back to your bank account within a week.

I need to change my address
For security reasons, we are not able to change the address your order is being sent to. 
If you've made a spelling error/forgotten door number, please get in touch within 24hrs of the order date so we can correct that for you.

Has your estimated delivery date passed? 
Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 7 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
